Hi year eleven!

Welcome to your GCSE English blog. For the past three years, the baton has been passed down through my previous year eleven groups. Now it’s your turn to carry the torch. The strength of the flame depends on how you decide to carry it. It’s your time to shine.

Metaphor aside, I am excited about developing the blog with you this year and look forward to seeing what we can do with it. Does it need a facelift? New features? Would anybody like to step up and gain editorial access to the blog?

However we decide to do it, we must ensure that the blog is a quality revision resource as well as a place to share and celebrate the hard work we do in class.
